Matt does everything briskly, cheerfully, efficiently and inventively, and can be counted on to give good value. We have worked together for many years now, beginning with a small deck, expanding to the conversion of an old stable into a house, then to a house built from scratch, and finally to major two-storey additions in brickwork to the main Caldbec House. All this when I am mainly abroad, and while coping with running multiple rental properties. His team are a pleasure to work with, and patient with all inevitable chops and changes. We are really pleased with the work Matt and his team carried out on our home.

The project added three bedrooms and three bathrooms, completely transforming the house into a fantastic family home. The build took approximately nine months, and throughout that time communication was consistently good, which made the whole process much easier for us.
